2012: Girl's Individual Camp at St Stephen's High School: Half Day (Week 1)
Individual Day Camp:
- Half day ages 5-6 (suggested), 9am to 12pm.
- Full Day also available for ages 7-18
This camp focuses on the technical and mechanical training of the individual player. Improvement on the vital skills involved in the great game such as shooting, crossing, passing, control, heading, and finishing are emphasized. The afternoon sessions concentrate on larger group training and game related situations. Each day finishes with our famous ‘World Cup Tournament’ . This camp is designed for any level of ability, with players grouped by age and ability levels!
Arrival & Departure:
St. Stephens High School, 3205 34th St. Drive NE, Hickory, NC 28601
Campers should report to the St. Stephens High School soccer field around 8:45am. Staff will be there at 8:30am each morning to accommodate ‘early drop off’ campers. Camp will end for half-day campers at 12pm each day. For full day campers, camp will end at 3pm. Staff will be at the field until 3:30pm to accommodate ‘late pick up’ campers. Camp ends for half and FULL DAY CAMPERS at 12pm on Friday.
What to Bring:
Each camper should have a soccer ball for camp. Campers may bring their own soccer ball or, purchase one from the camp for $15.00. Campers aged 5-10 years are advised to use a size 4 ball. For ages 11 and over a size 5 ball is recommended. Campers may bring snacks to eat during breaks. Full day campers should bring their own lunch. Lunch will not be provided by the camp. Pizza will be on sale each day for $1.00 per slice. Sun screen, shin guards, outdoor and indoor soccer shoes are recommended. Water is provided by the camp and an athletic trainer is on site.

- Please make a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place. All checks should be made payable to: ‘Golden Touch Soccer’.
- Lunch is not provided by the camp although pizza will be on sale each day. Water is provided along with a certified athletic trainer from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
- Camp ends for everyone at 12pm on Fridays!

Camp Waiver Information
In case of injury to my child, I/we likewise waive the right to the extent not covered by liability insurance, any claim against person working the camp, for Golden Touch Soccer Camps and/or, Lenoir-Rhyne University and its employees, students, and trustees. I/we likewise hereby authorize any medical treatment which the directors of the showcase/camp deem necessary in any emergency situation. The soccer player is currently covered by personal insurance. I/we believe that our child is physically fit to participate in said showcase/camp.
Please list below any medical issues or conditions that the coaching staff and Certified Athletic Training Staff may need to know of in the event of care and treatment of athletic injuries (further information may be requested upon receipt of consent form).
